Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 daysof delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Process

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Once approved, ship the product back to us.
  3. After inspection, we will process the exchange or refund accordingly.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
